Vu Tv - TV under warranty is not addressed

I have purchased the following from flipkart.
vu tv Price: ₹ **,***
Extended Warranty * Year by flipkart Protect: ₹ *,***
It had * Year manufacturer warranty.
The tv got issues like vertical lines within * months of purchase. I called flipkart they point to vu. I called vu headquarters they didn’t give anyone number. I am being rotated around like fool.
I claimed warranty and the warrenty people came and took the tv from home without opening the tv before me.
They tried to cheat me by evading the warranty saying there are insect bite and all which is completely false statement.
After continuous dispute they agreed to provide me a new TV as that is under warranty. Now its been * months since the TV is taken and no proper reply from them. They are just delaying the process so as to evade the warranty. Now they are not replying me also.
