One Plus Televiosn 50 inch - Tv repair is not done even after 3 months

Sandeep Dimri here, and I complained on July *th ****, about my TV (** U*S) not working or having linings over the entire screen. After a day or two, an engineer arrived and said that the issue was with the panel. It will be changed in *–** days. After waiting until the **th of July, I received a call from the engineer saying that this matter had been transferred to Oneplus, who would handle it. On the **th of July, an expert from One Plus came to my house and promised to fix the problem within *–** days. I continued to wait. Then, when I called Oneplus to inquire about the status of my TV repair after every day or two, they asked me to please wait *-* days. I called One Plus, and all they could say was that they had escalated it two times, the only thing a call center executive can do, I also raised this issue on twitter handle of Oneplus, but they didn’t respond to me.If I can go through my call records history **% calls made to either Jeeves or OnePlus.
But despite waiting for almost three months, my TV has yet to be repaired or replaced. I beg Jeeves to do so immediately in accordance with my Complete Protection plan, or I will issue a legal notice to you since, despite the fact that I paid for insurance, you have failed to resolve my issues. This is my final email; if I don't receive my TV within the next * to * days, I'll issue legal notice.
Because you can actually harass customers in this way.
