Umar Khattab filed complaint against Sony Bravia on Sep 19, 2020
The complaint was filed on *th September **** regarding crackling sound coming out of the TV internal speakers.
Technician visited on *th september **** and reported a faulty LK Board. He told me it would be ordered the same day.
Technician visited on **th september **** but the part he brought to replace was itself faulty.
Repeated calls to Sony Customer Support bore no results.
Part delivery has been delayed for no reason and in consequence has brought damages to the owner.
