Mi tv 4 55 inches - Tv panel issue

I bought Mi Tv * for an amount of **,***/- rupees on **th june **** from flipkart. And now there is a small hole on the panel today without any physical cause. I raised a complaint through Mi customer care but the brand says the panel has * years of warranty for panel, and I should change the panel now by myself which costs around **,***/- rupees. I feel when there is no physical damage from my end, The panel by itself got a hole in it and there is a line inbetween the panel with distinct color difference above the line and below the line. What if the same problem occurs even after replacing with new panel. So It is the problem with brand and nothing related to any physical damage by any cause.
