Diljeet filed complaint against Nokia on Jul 8, 2021
My Nokia stopped working after ** months of purchase. I have raised complaint Jeeves and Nokia. Complaint numbers are CLCPW*********** (**th June) & CLBWR*********** (*nd July). Technician visit my place after * days after every complaint. He diagnose, troubleshoot and took videos and pictures of my TV and told me that he will forward report to concerned team. On *th July Nokia told me that your TV will be replaced and our advisor will call you next day but I didn't received any call so I have called again then told me that work in progress wait * business days. But report has been rejected after * days with unknown reasons and the customer executives repeat the same information again and again now that report file has been rejected and we are escalating this but no resolution provided me yet.
I bought a NOKIA **' TV from Flipkart ALONGWITH extended warranty via your authorized provider called "Jeeves Consumer Services"
