I have bought a one plus u*s ** inch tv which had * years of warranty coverage. It started showing display issues on ** dec ****, and service team checked and raised a ticket for replacement. Even though TV was picked up on *th Jan ****, no response came from OnePlus regarding new voucher for ordering the new TV. I have contacted the service centre call support * times , everytime they told they are escalating, and will get the voucher inside * days. It's now the ** th day after pickup, still no response. I want to get a good compensation for the damage , and the time OnePlus took from me.
