Realme Android TV 32 inch full hd - TV not replace by Flipkart as given date

I have buy tv from Flipkart on *th-May and received at *th May after installation it is not working. I have contact to realme support and they did send technician and he told me that tv will be replace and realme provided me DOA service note and told me give this DOA to Flipkart,they will process return or replace your tv.
Flipkart give **th May return and replace date but it is not approved due to tech visit that was **th-May that is not be done . So my return or replace request is on pending status.
I am contacting to Flipkart support team daily from **rd-may-**** they told me give us * day * day but result is nothing.
I have attached all the documents related my product.
