Samsung UA 43NU7100 - TV not repaired

I purchased Samsung ** inch LED TV from Pittapilly Agencies Ettumanoor V**/*** Kottayam on **/**/****.The TV become dead on */**/**** ie Warranty period. I immediately contacted the above dealer but he registered my complaint only on a later date. Accordingly a Service request no ********** was allotted to me. Till date nobody came to rectify my complaint. We are senior citizens and it is causing distress and anguish.
