TCL 75 qd mini 75 - TV not installed

ordered a TV from reliance digital on **th Aug **** and got delivered on **th Aug. Today is **th Aug and no one came for the TV installation nor even i got any call or update from reliance digital. I called several times and customer care does not have any answers why it got delayed and when it will be installed. Customer care is not answering properly they say i will get a call soon and then no one called. I also have written complaint through email and again no response. As per Reliance digital policy i am also not suppose to open the box and check tv as only reliance engineer ca only open the sealed pack. So i even do not know whether the box has same tv or what. This is very frustrating as i have invested my hard earned money of Rs *,**,*** and i am not getting the TV installed yet. This is sheer mental trauma and harassment as i am not sure what will happen to this in future.
