Visio world VW - TV not getting switched on

This is with respect to complaint number TN**********. I have raised the issue on **th October ****. A technician visited my location and checked the TV and confirmed that there is some issue with mother board. My TV is under ** months warrant which was purchased on **-**-****. Till now i have mailed around +** times to info@bestonskyvision.com, but no action taken to replace either the mother board or TV. Really fed up with the customer support from Beston. If this continues, I am going to file a case in consumer court. Hoping positive feedback from you, I am raising a complaint here. Please do the needful.
