Ridaex Nuke 43 Inch 4K Android 7.1 Smart TV - Version 2 - TV not delivered

Hi Team, I have ordered "Ridaex Nuke ** Inch *K Android *.* Smart TV - Version *" on *st June ****. I didn't receive the product till now (more than four months) and there is no proper response from Rideax team. I went to Ridaex TV office in JP nagar thrice to verify the status of the delivery. I am following up Ridaex for past * months (visited their office thice and called to their call center more than ** times). Now a days their mobile number also not working. Last week I visited the office at that thi me they gave this number ********** I tried calling but they are not picking up. But sometimes the number in call waiting.Kindly take my request for refund.
