I have purchased Ridaex TV through gotmatter.com and paid ***** on **th Oct but Tv was not delivered till *th Nov and then I contacted Ridaex and gotmatter CEO Naveen Srinivas and he said he cancel my order and refund me my money without any deduction but he didn't do yet. Also, I had raised a case with instamojo who was the payment gateway and mentioned to refund my money but since last *.* month, they also didn't refund my money. Ridaex is a fraud company and people are a lier. I was also given application to the police station in Pune. Voxya can you help me to refund my money?
