I have booked Ridaex Nuke ** Inch *K Android *.* Smart TV - Version * in the month of January ****. Till now it's not delivered. I am in contact with their customer care on WhatsApp (**********) as well as on email (shopping@gotmatter.com.support@gotmatter.com,sandeepmuddu*@gmail.com) but no delivery till today. I have purchased this smart tv for making a gift for marriage, now facing a lot of problems, mental agony due to non-delivery.
I have paid Rs.*****/ for Ridaex Nuke ** Inch *K Android *.* Smart TV - Version *(order ID: GMO-************). Kindly help me to get my refund urgently.
