i purchased videocon * k smart om **.**.****. it was running good until **/*/****. the next day only sound came , display did not come. i registered a complaint and service engineer took the such a big tv in a two wheeler holding in front , after following up almost a month , may *st they came with tv reinstalled , there dark line coming in the dispaly of the tv. I told i cannot accept this , i want the tv in proper condition. again took back the tv again rigrously follwing they said by june *st they will give the TV since they get the panel from the comapny . by may **st i called them now they saying we cannto get the pannel for the tv. we can replace but you pay ***** since after one year tv amount will deparciated by **%. its is in the extended waranty only. please help me ont his.
