I have purchased a OnePlus TV by looking its brand name and after *.* years its display is started showing up linings in it. its very disappointing to me. when I reached to customer care they are saying the panel will be replaces and it will cost Rs. **** service charge and Rs. **** logistic charge. In this way I am gonna to give approx. **** extra on this TV. so now what is the point to go with OnePlus. If this is the OnePlus issue then they should bear all the cost.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
