Tata Sky India - TV cable services discontinued

I am Tata Sky subscriber with Subscriber ID: **********. I have renewed my subscription for one year on April **, ****, in the morning. Since then I am not receiving any paid channel (Channels, which I have subscribed). I have called Toll free number *********** many times. Each time they say that the service will start in ** hours. But it has been almost *** hours but I am yet to get the channel. I have complained by e-mail also at their help website on April **, ****. The request number is *FF***DI. But I am not yet to get any response. I am feeling helpless.
