MI Redmi - TV 55 is totally not working after 2 years

We have purchased MI TV - Screen size *** cm (**") from Poorvika, Kodambakkam on **/*/**** and our TV Serial No.*****/*********** and the TV is totally not working. We raised complaint on **/**/** and after several reminders Service Engineer visited on **/**/** and service request TVIN************* is booked and they said that power board has gone and approximate cost is Rs.****/- and asked them to proceed but till now we have not received the same. Today I have been informed that the board received is showing error and need * more days to service. Need immediate action please. My Mobile number is **********, Natarajan.
