Ifim College electronic City Bangalore - Tuition Fee paid not refunded even after 9 months

I paid Rs.*,**,*** towards the tuition fee on **.**.**** for the admission of my daughter Miss. Anupama K R. But subsequently we decided to join another college and requested a refund. They forwarded us the refund form and the form was submitted on **.**.****. But till now the amount is not refunded. Each time while inquiring about the refund, they keep on saying some lame reasons and excuses. My Four Lakh rupees is with them for * months and they just don't bother about how much injustice are they doing to us.
