Ashna ts - Trying to scam by taking our product

A customer named Ashna placed an order on **nd May and her order was dispatched on **rd and was delivered to her on **st May. The order was dispatched via DTDC and the package was successfully delivered to her. But now she claims that she did not get the product and want her money. She is harassing us over emails and messages.
