Ola pro - Trouble while riding Ola Acceleration not working

I am facing lot of issues with the OLA S* pro I purchased. And from past *days my vehicle is idle as it's acceleration is not working. I tried reaching the support team, but till now no proper response from them.. vehicle is not in movable stage. We cannot spend our money on your damaged scooter. It's been *months only, till today on every ride there will be some issue. Before buying the scooter you had promised to give immediate response and support from OLA anywhere. Now nobody is concerning. Do we have to pay soo much money to get useless scooter
