Travel trainagle - Trip was Cancelled due to COVID 19 no refund since may

M JEEVAN filed complaint against Travel trainagle on Aug 17, 2020

booking id ******* booked for april **** but ongoing covid ** situation told them to cancel if full amount is refunded only. But without informing they have cancelled the package on may **** .On June **
received a call from them regarding acceptance of cancellation charges through mail id .I given all my account details to refund after cancellation chrarges but till now i did not receive amount not replying to my calls and messages
