Dream Holiday Travel Agency - Trip Cancellation Refund Issue

Dear Team,
I had taken the Maldives trip package from Dream holiday Company with the help of their travel agent Rajiv Singh, Total package cost was Rs. ****** and I paid in advance Rs.*****.
But due to some personal problem, I had requested my travel agent to cancel the package on **th November and refund my full money which I had paid to them.

He promised me to give a full refund in a month period, but I got only Rs.***** on **th Dec'**** and for the remaining amount he denied and was using unprofessional language on call.

I had requested many times to give my full refund but he has denied the request.
