I’ve booked the turkey package with them but due to covid** pandemic I’ve to cancel my trip and this was scheduled for **th April. Total package was booked with ******/- for * persons, in which I’ve paid ******/- to them but at the time of cancellation we have been told that nothing is going to be refunded wheeeas airline has refunded them the amount.
