trip to globe - Trip booked for bali suspended due to covid refund not done

Dear Team,
I had paid amount of Rs ******/- for Family trip to bali on january (trip was planned from **-Apr-**** to **-Apr-****) , Due to Covid-** pandemic the trip/Flight was suspended but the amount was not refunded, I contacted to travel agency they said to contact airlines directly, also they also sent the ticket details which was booked from flywidus.com, Even I have contacted them but still amount was not refunded. Airlines is telling to contact travel agent.
But neither trravel agent(TTG) or flywidus.com is responding
