Flipkart durafit - Tredmill not delivered and no refund

The delivery person demanded money for * people as he claims they have body pain and cannot bring the vehicle inside my street. Even though I told that even lorry comes to my street, they claimed their vehicle is bigger than lorry. They told they will come back the next day (**th October ) but it has been ** days and no one came.

Raised complaint with Flipkart but they only say that once product is ordered no refund can be done. My request is simple, to either provide the product or return the money.

Flipkart agent calls me everyday and disconnects the call in ** seconds and they keep updating in the case that I am not reachable
