Vlcc Chromepet - Treatment for hair loss was ineffective

Dear VLCC Customer Care Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the hair treatment services I received at your Chrompet branch. I had enrolled in a *-month treatment plan for alopecia, for which I paid INR **,***.

Despite completing all the sessions, I was not provided with any post-treatment guidance, procedures, or maintenance advice. Shortly after the sessions ended, I experienced complete hair loss again, indicating that the treatment was ineffective.

When I reached out to the Chrompet branch to report the issue and seek support, I was met with an unprofessional and lethargic response. The staff showed no concern or willingness to assist, and I was left without any resolution.

I feel extremely disappointed and let down by the lack of professionalism and accountability shown. My time and hard-earned money have gone to waste, and I received no results or proper follow-up care.

I request immediate action on this matter. Please let me know how you intend to resolve this issue—whether by refund or corrective treatment—within the next * working days. Failing which, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally through appropriate consumer forums.
