Dear madam
My name is suved kumar my patient cr no is ********* goes for radiation treatment ** radiation cost ******. Suddenly radiation staff told me the cost of the treatment is ******
We give u **** rs discount
When I asked for payment reciept they denied and told me we will give u after treatment
Then today they change the treatment plan from ** radiation to ** just only to adust the radiation treatment cost.
I mailed u several times but no one replied please see thiss matter
