Keydus Technology - Treateed call received from company

someone named "milind mishra" (**********) called from *keydus technology* and threatened me to give ***** rupees based on someone's agreement. he said that he book a complain in the police station against me If i do not give the money.
after payment he gave me a "noc" in that the name was mentioned "lal late hari mohan padhy" (name in the agreement) but that is not my NAME .
after that i found all the company details from the a/c no. that is the account of Surat, Gujurat. This account is registered in the name of a company called "keydus".

and head of everything is a men called .......ramesh..... (I don't know the surname).
