Travolook in - Travolook not refunding my amount in my bank account

I booked a ticket of Air Asia on *th April'**** but they cancelled my ticket because of their own reasons. I called/mailed them for * months for my refund. On **th July' **** they called me to inform that my refund is credited in my travolook wallet but I denied of the same as I wanted the refund in my bank account only. Now *hey are not crediting my amount in my bank account and I have no intention of using travolook in my future ever. I want my refund in my bank account only.
