Travolook in - Travolook not giving my refund

I needed to book a flight ticket from Mumbai to Jaipur for my parents. so on **nd Jan ****, I searched on Google flight ticket booking where Travolook website showed up showing the fare for Mumbai to Jaipur for travel dt.of **th May ****, I booked two Tickets in my dad's name Mr.Bhagwati Sharma and my mom Shashi Sharma and paid Rs.**** from Icici debit card. The amount of Rs.**** got deducted from my account and I received an email saying Booking in progess with reference id REF*********. In a minute I got a call from Travolook executive saying the rates of flight have increased and if I need to proceed I need to pay either extra amount or either can choose not to proceed and the amount paid by me of Rs.**** will be refunded in **-** mins. I opted I don't want to proceed and requested for my refund. I got an email of cancelation of booking with reference id REF*********. I when after few hours didn't receive any refund I called the customer care number *********** the executive told me refund will be made to me in ** days not in **-** minutes. So I for the safer side also had sent an email to support@travolook.in mentioning my complaint and requested refund. but till today no response.
I today saw reviews of this website travolook where I saw many people said same thing happened with them and they were not refunded their payment amount even after months.
so I request you to please help me get my hard earned money of Rs.**** from them as I am currently in very tight financial situation and facing rough time during this global pandemic. please help me get my refund. thanks
