I have booked my flight ticket from guahati to Hyderabad on **th Aug for Rs.**** from travolook.in
Immediately I got an email stating that Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration , I reached out to customers support and they said it will be refunded with *_** buisness days but till now I have not received my refund, it has been more than ** days now and I have not received my refund till date and every time I call they say it will be refunded within *_** days more without any written acknowledgement.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
