I have booked my air tickets from Travolook for **th August ****(INR **, ***.**) and **th August ****(INR *, ***.**) with reference no: REF********* and REF*********. Both tickets were canceled by the airline.
It has been almost ** months and my refund has not been issued by Travolook. I have called the customer care service and written email several times to Travolook but they always have the same reply i.e. "Your refund will be issued within *-* working days"
I have no idea what to do next.
I have been mentally tortured and harassed by Travolook.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
