Travolook in - Travolook fraud booking no return of money

I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Kanpur on **st August **** from Travolook.in for travel on *st September ****.The website debited the amount but did not generate reference id and no ticket was emailed to me. I called them up to enquire about the payment, they said they will reverse the payment in *-** working days but that never happened and customer care number is not getting picked up, it says you are caller number **-** and goes on hold and disconnect. I want to complaint about the Internet fraud this Company is doing. Please help me recover my money for payment for booking tickets on Travolook.
