Travolook in - Travolook flight ticket cancellation refund

I booked * tickets for Air India flight AI-*** for **th June to fly from Vishakhapatnam to Mumbai on June **th, but unfortunately it got cancelled and regarding the situation i got a mail from travolook.in, for refund i made a call to customer service they said refund will be given in **-** days, its been the time they said i got no refund and the customer service number are not responding calls.
