Azad Alam Khan filed complaint against Travo look on Feb 12, 2021
I booked flight tickets on ** Jan **** from TravoLook. During booking and till I made the payment the fare amount was Rs *****.**, after ** mins got a call from the support team and they said airline has increased the fare and I need to pay increased fare which is Rs ****, when I said I can still see the fare is same and it has not increased then Travo look agent said to pay Rs **** instead of Rs ****. I did not understand why I need to pay extra amount. And after some discussion I asked them to cancel my tickets and refund the amount. They deducted Rs **** as a cancellation fee and said Rs ***** will be refunded with **- ** days. Still did not received my money. Tried contacting them on FaceBook, Customer support email did not get the response.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
