Travo look - Travolook Booking cancelled but money not yet refunded

I booked one flight ticket (From BLR to DBR) for myself on **th January from the website https://travolook.in. The ticket was for travel on **.**.**** with reference no. REF*********. The total amount deducted from my account was Rs. ****.**. Just after the booking, I received a call from the company which said that due to sudden increase in fares by the airline I have to pay some extra amount for my booking, I asked not to book and opted to cancel my booking During the past one and a half month period, I called them three times to know the status and every time the assigned support executive said the same thing " by evening or by tomorrow money will credit into you source system. It's already been more than a month and now I feel trapped I am very worried as they seem to never go to give me the money back. Please assist me in how the matter can be taken up with the correct authority. I will be very grateful. Thank you.
