Booked Flight ticket from Coimbatore to Patna on the **th April. ****/- Deducted from Account. Received a call from Travelook informing me that PNR was not generated and hence ticket got cancelled. They informed that the amount will be refunded within * days. No refund yet after * days!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
