I had a booking for flights with AirAsia International from Chennai to Denpasar (Bali) and back in June ****. I also had booked flights within Indonesia (Bali to Yogykarta and back). The bookings were done via GoIbibo. However, due to the pandemic, the flights were cancelled. The airlines offered me travel vouchers in exchange.
Until now, I believed they were being honest. But for the past few weeks I have attempted booking tickets for the same route (for October ****) only to realize that the vouchers will not get applied to any booking. I was directed to a page that contained an "explanation" for how to use the travel vouchers and in for which flights and routes they could be used. This explanation said the flights could only be used for D* flights and only for limited routes (New Delhi - Kuala Lumpur). While this by itself seems extremely unfair, I realized that even for these flights and routes these vouchers could not be applied. I feel extremely cheated by the airlines. I would either want to use the money for a booking or just receive a refund of the money I wasted on this booking.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
