Travel Bira Delhi - Travel ticket canclled and refund not given

Hello,

I inquired about air tickets to Ahmedabad to Regina( Canada) and the travel package on just dial. I received a call from a Travel agent named Saurabh from the Bira travel agency. He explained all the details and I paid advance ****** Rs. Still, he did not book my ticket. The next day I paid the rest amount after getting an airline ticket from him. Then I paid the rest amount. When I called Etihad airline for my ticket confirmation they said that the ticket was canceled from the agent. I called travel bira for that, first they said it is not possible but they said some technical issues happened and that was canceled. So I ask them to rebook my ticket but they gave blah blah explanation. Finally, I asked for my refund he texts me fake SMS of depositing money to my account, there no such transaction exists. I went to Delhi in the month of Feb ****, when I reached at mentioned end address no such travel agency exist there.

Kindly do not fall into such scams.
