In the month of April we booked a kashmir trip with travel setu and did advance payment of ***** due to war like situation we could not continue our plan and as mentioned in policy we asked for our refund but they denied and agreed to give a credit note and now when we want to utilise the same they are introducing new conditions and all and not even giving the refund worst experience ever had
