Loopamudra Pathak filed complaint against Malindo Airlines on Jul 2, 2021
Me and my husband's trip which was supposed to take place on May ****, got cancelled due to the pandemic. Since then we have been following up with Malindo Airlines and MakeMyTrip for our refund. Its been more than a year now and these companies are playing the blame game. Malindo asks us to get in touch with MMT and MMT says refund is pending with MA. We are sick and tired of begging for our own money. The customer service of both companies are pathetic and we have not been provided any resolution so far.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
