I booked a flight ticket from Pune to Lucknow on * April **** for Travel date (** April ****). The amount of INR **** was deducted ,and the booking was cancelled on their website. I received a call immediately from their customer care executive that the ticket has been cancelled due to fare increase and the booking amount will be refunded back within * working days.
However, it is ** April now and they have not refunded or initiated the booking amount yet. In between I called them up multiple times but still no refund initiation happened. I have sent mails, (no reply), called them(they will cut the call if you ask for refund).
Please help me in getting my money back. Requesting you to report this scam website to the concerned legal authorities so that more citizens are not duped by them. I am baffled that such a fraudulent, swindling website is listed as one of the top searches on google while searching for flight tickets.
