Gogeo - Travel company issue

Hi,

Gogeo committed to proved * star hotels but provided * or zero star hotels which had bedbugs, hotels located in jungle areas with no access to basic facilities. They took my family hostage in middle of the trip by stopping the car in middle of the lonely area and asked to pay Rs **** that was purposely held balance as we were not getting the services we had expected. We had already paid them Rs ***** out of Rs **, ***. One of the staff member Tilna is the worst. We have evidence to show the quality of hotel where there were ripped bedsheets & blankets. No hotwater in room at hillstation hotel. Horrible hotel location in jungle areas where roads are worst, Suv can survive but anything below that your car will get hit because there won't be enough ground clearance, no lights on streets as it is jungle area and roads closed due to landslides. In one of the hotels there were bedbugs. My daughter's hand, neck & back was swollen with bites for which we had to spend Rs **** to see skin specialist and treatment. We had to throw away some of the clothes as we thought those were infected as they were on the bed which was infected. I thought I should reach out to the CEO/MD Albert George of the company as sometimes the top management has no ideas. I had sent him a detailed email along with my experience and nightmare we had gone through and provided enough pictures and videos. He never bothered to call. All this company cares is to get their money and provide zero customer service. The staff knew that we are NRI's and not local so they can rip us off and nothing is going to happen. This company seriously needs to be penalized for the physical and mental trauma they have caused.
