dream tour planner - Travel agency yatra scam

we planned yatra for ayodhya kashi prayagraj chitrakoot with dream tour planner in month of november and paid full amount as per their agreement before trip.
once trip started we faced many issues related to travel guide, accomodation,food,schedule of yatra..
travel guide was unaware of the places ,and he was not cooperative.. we called them from the place and informed the status but things were not changed... last day vehicle was stopped because the agent has not paid amount to vehicle person..and we have to miss the arati in varnasi and they agreed to pay back **% of amount within ** days but now they r dragging dates to **th jan.... we wanted to claim full reimbursement and also remove the permissions from the firm so that they will not take away public money...
