Riya Cabs & Trip Private Limited - Travel Agency Not Doing Refund From My Agent Portal

I had Agent Portal for Flight & Hotel bookings With Riya Cabs And Trip Pvt. Limited. Company. Website was Agent.riyatrip.com . I booked few of Flight tickets, but now few months Ago they Changed the Portal Website. Now its new name is Fd.Riyatrip.in and Riyatrip.in. I so many times Send my Documents to activate my agent portal id in new Website. But they didn't listen. In old Portal There is my Money Balance remain which is ****.** INR. I am tired to asking them to activate my new Portal Account but they not doing So after now i asking them to Refund My Balance money in my bank Account But they are also not listening to me. Its already *-* months Gone. SO i want my refund back in my Bank Account.
