Trawelmart World Tours Private Limited - Travel agency fraud

We had taken Trawelmart service for Singapore trip. There execuition plan and their service was very bad, they dint offer what they had communicated, they changed the itinerary * times and gave some cheap hotel that was available at last moment, Due to their illogical planning we couldn't completely visit the places peacefully, because of which we had missed out many places and we wasted our time in abroad. This has been acknowledged by them as well, that mistake has happened. they even invited us to their office to negotiate and plan for compensation. They were like we will sort this in next trip and will do good favour next time, with all those bad experiences we had with this agency, we denied that offer and for wasting our time and money and missed out places in Singapore. we had asked them to give **-**% of the total amount that we had paid *,**,*** INR excluding flight charges.
We had visited their office **th Jan **** with due respect for their words and they promised that they wil get back on **th with some compensation,. they never turned and even after many follow ups and whatsapp message, they never tuned up. On **th they called and said that **st we will communicate and finalize. on **st he called and said and we are ready to give **k . I denied it and said, my monthly donation to good cause is more than that, you donate that amount to some charity in our name, so atleast you wil get good karma. Again he said, ok i will discuss and get back to you. But till now there is no response, this insolent adamant behaviour of their team has made to take legal action against them, we have all supporting whatsapp chats details and recordings of their false promises.but we do not have whatsapp call recording which we had with them when we were in singapore, that is when most of the things were communicated and escalalted. The entire process has been completely accepted from their team as fault and they are guilty of what has happened, and to give some solution they were throwing some penny amount.
