Shree Vijay Travels - Travel agency doing fraud with customers

Hello sir/mam, I had booked travel tickets from Ahmedabad to Thane (Airoli) and boarded the respective bus on time but At Baroda bus was stop upto *hrs for passing issue due to covid**. After that they are changing the route of there bus without prior information as u can see in this ticket clearly mentioned that boarding stop is Thane ( Airoli) but bus operator saying they will not go by this route so please file complaint against this travel agency so that they won't any further frauds with innocent people. The proof tickets I had attached please find it .
