I had booked international flight tickets from Travalook where I paid an extra amount for the Zero cancellation facility also.
My travel dates were changed by the airlines, So got my tickets canceled from them at no deduction. The whole amount has been paid to Travalook on the **th of December ****, which has been confirmed by the airlines. Travalook however is not refunding my money. First, they said ** days and now they are asking for more time and giving excuses. Even though airlines have credited the amount in their account but travelook is not returning my money.
My money is stuck with them and there is no way out it seems.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
