Travalook - Travalook Amount is not getting refunded

I have booked a flight ticket on **th of April **** vide ref no. REF********* which was got auto-cancelled by Travalook due to their operational issues. Spoken multiple times with their customer care and they assured that you will get the refund in *-* working days. Still I'm chasing with these folks but still no luck. They guys are making fake promises and no further progress is also being updated. Please help to get the refund.
