New Mahaveer Transport Company - Transporter fraud

This transporter in Delhi operates in the name of a namesake Co of same name in Gwalior claiming to be their representative.

We contracted him to undertake transport of goods from Mehsana, Gujarat to JNPT, Nhava Sheva port for a export cargo for an advance of Rs.***** which was paid.

On the day of loading on **-*-** morning he told us he had some problem with his UPI payment as he had crossed the limit and asked to transfer and wanted same amt to be transferred to the driver for fuel charges against the transfer being returned for which he showed a transfer receipt, but the money didn't come, but money was duly transferred before advance being received to help him in the emergency.
